Fried Banana Peppers
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Blend together the flour, salt, pepper, ginger, oil and egg yolks, then add the beer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  2. Dredge the banana peppers in the flour mixture, then fry at 350 about 1 minute each side, turning once.
  3. Drain on paper towels, season to taste.
  4. Plate and serve.
